Can you repair a damaged or broken fibre optic cable?+
Yes. We splice fibre in-house, so we can repair snapped, cut or damaged fibre cables — internal and external. We trace the fault, fusion-splice the repair, and test it to confirm the line is fully restored.
Do I have to wait for my broadband provider to fix a fibre fault?+
Not for the physical fibre itself. If the damaged fibre is on your side — a run to an outbuilding, an internal cable, or an external line you're responsible for — we can usually repair it far faster than waiting for a provider engineer slot.
Do you offer fibre splicing?+
Yes — we have professional fusion splicing equipment and do all splicing in-house. That covers repairs, new terminations, and joining fibre runs, for both single-mode and multi-mode fibre.
